Salta

This north-western city has plenty to view but especially beautiful was the colonial architecture, on display throughout the centre of town. A short stay in the city was followed in the picturesque setting of rainforest and rapids at the Salta Rafting Campsite.

Purmamarca

Purmamarca is a quaint little town surrounded by many coloured mountains. We arrived in town with enough time to walk through and admire the colours at dusk - it was absolutely stunning!

Cafayete

Wine country! We enjoyed a wine tour and lunch at Piatelli's Winery - the wines were amazing and the food was to die for! It was absolutely a day well spent!

Estancia Los Posteros

Finally we come to the part we perhaps were more excited for: our stay on an Argentinian Estancia or cattle ranch. We rode horses, learned how to use a lasso, ate copious amounts of meat and drank flowing amounts of wine, all while taking in the country air. Does it get much better than that?

Buenos Aires

Our time in the capital was short due to experiencing some technical difficulties. We did manage to visit an incredible book store set in an old theatre. BA is definitely on our list to come back to one day!

Iguazu Falls

Stunning. Just. Stunning. There really isn't much more that can be said about Iguazu Falls, you'll just have to check out our favourite photos!

Argentine Countryside

We made our way through Argentina in a bright orange Dragoman truck an there was plenty of scenery to capture through the window. As we wound our way through the country we grew in admiration for this amazing place.
